How does the ponytail opening work?

Each model has its own. The Signature has a magnetic back closure: pull the magnets apart, slip your ponytail or bun through and they snap back together on their own. The Muse has a ponytail hole with an adjustable strap: slip your hair through and set the fit to your size. The Versa holds your ponytail with a pull-free elastic cross, and the Halo frees your high bun through its top opening. All of them hold without squeezing or pulling your hair.

Does it fit any head?

Yes. All our caps are one size with an adjustable back closure, so you can set it exactly to your measure.

I have thick or very long hair — will it work for me?

That's exactly what it's designed for. The back opening leaves room for thick ponytails and high buns without squashing them. With lots of volume, the trick is to gather your hair into a high bun and pull it through the opening.

Do the Signature's magnets affect phones or cards?

They're small magnets designed only to hold the fabric. In normal use they don't affect phones or devices. As with any magnet, avoid prolonged direct contact with magnetic-stripe cards.

Why do they cost less than other brands?

Ponytail caps from US brands cost €30 to €75 — plus international shipping. We sell directly online, with no middlemen, no physical stores and no imports from America: those savings stay in your pocket. Same function, honest price.

What's the launch offer?

Until August 2nd: add 2 caps to your cart and the second one (the cheaper one) gets 20% off. The discount applies automatically, no codes. One for you and one to gift, or one for training and one for every day.

How long until my order arrives?

Every cap is made to order, for you. The total estimated time is 10 to 20 calendar days (2-3 weeks): processing, production and tracked shipping. We email you the tracking number so you always know where it is. And if it doesn't arrive on time, we refund you.

How much is shipping?

Nothing: shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend. We ship to Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Belgium, Ireland and the Netherlands. See the shipping policy.

Can I return it if it doesn't win me over?

Yes. You have 30 calendar days from receipt to return it, no explanations needed. We only ask that the cap is unused, intact, with its original wrapping and packaging. Email us your order number and we'll walk you through the steps. More details in the refund policy.

How do I wash my cap?

By hand, with cold water and mild soap. Let it air-dry — no dryer, no iron — so it keeps its shape and colours. Don't wring it.

Which payment methods do you accept?
