Free shipping on all orders. No minimums, no surprises at checkout: the price you see is the price you pay.

Shipping area

We ship to Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal, Italy, France, Belgium, Ireland and the Netherlands.

Delivery times

Every Auren cap is made to order and arrives within an estimated 10 to 20 calendar days (2-3 weeks). We don't keep generic warehouse stock: your cap is produced for you.

If an order were ever going to take longer than stated, we'll let you know by email before the deadline, as consumer regulations require.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you always know where your cap is. Any questions: equipo@aurenmagneticcap.com.

Delivery guarantee

Your order arrives or you get your money back. If your order doesn't arrive within the stated time, contact us: you can choose to keep waiting for the delivery or receive a full refund of the amount paid, in line with European consumer regulations.
