Returns and refunds policy

Shop with total peace of mind: you have 30 days to return your cap, no reason needed. If something doesn't win you over, we'll sort it out quickly and without hassle.

30-day return guarantee

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to return it — more than double the legal 14-day period.

Conditions for accepting a return

For us to accept the return and refund the full amount, the product must be returned intact, exactly as you received it:

  • Unused and with no signs of handling.
  • With the original wrapping unopened and all tags intact.
  • In its original packaging, in the same condition it was delivered in.

If the product arrives used, damaged or without its original packaging, we may reject the return or apply a refund reduction proportional to the product's loss of value, in line with consumer regulations.

How to return your order (3 steps)

  1. Email us at equipo@aurenmagneticcap.com with your order number. We reply within 24 working hours.
  2. We confirm the return address and the steps to follow.
  3. As soon as we receive the product, we process your refund.

Refund

We refund the full product amount via the same payment method you used, usually within 2 to 5 working days of receiving the return (and always within the legal maximum of 14 days).

Return costs

Return shipping is at your expense (approx. €4–6), unless the reason is our mistake — wrong, faulty or damaged product — in which case we cover all costs.

Faulty or damaged in transit?

Email us with photos of the product and packaging and we'll fix it, no arguments: free replacement or full refund, all shipping costs included. On top of that, all our products are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee under European regulations.
